• How to build your own custom keyboard layout for typing Urdu?

For building your own custom keyboard layout, select 'Keyboards' from 'UrduPlugin' in 'Start' menu. This will open 'Keyboards' folder. This folder contains 'Readme.txt' file which explains how to build custom keyboard layout.

• How to send Urdu email that can be viewed in Netscape Messenger on receiver's computer?

Such emails can be sent using MS Outlook Express 4 & 5 , Outlook 98 (but not Outlook 2000).

Steps for Outlook Express 4 and Outlook 98 users

1. Choose 'Properties..' from the popup menu.
2. Click 'cross' or 'right mark' button while pressing shift key.
3. A dialog box will appear.
4. Press Tab key.
5. Press 'Down Arrow' key. A list of properties will appear in the dialog box.
6. Double click on 'innerHTML'. The HTML text will be selected at above.
7. Press Ctrl+V to paste the required HTML.
8. Press OK.

Steps for Outlook Express 5 users

1. Choose 'Properties..' from the popup menu.
2. Click 'cross' or 'right mark' button while pressing shift key.
3. Make sure you have selected 'Source Edit' from 'View' menu.
4. Click 'Source' tag below the message.
5. Select all HTML source in between and
   i.e., starting withand ending with
6. Press Ctrl+V to paste the required HTML.
7. Click 'Edit' tag to return to normal view.
