Just when we thought Moin Akhtar had reached the summit of versatility, he has gone & surpassed himself as Rozi. Rozi is a tale of an actor (Moin Akhtar) struggling to make it in the drama industry. His chance comes when an actress fails to convince the director that she is suitable for the role given to her. Moin steps in, dressed as a woman and impresses the director, who casts him in place of the original actress. Moin Akhtar as Rozi becomes a famous actress. As himself, he still remains a nobody. The woman he loves (Fazela Qazi) doesn't want to be around him but strikes a chord with Rozi. Moin Akhtar is truly stuck as Rozi, as in order to be in his loved one's company, he has to be Rozi. It soon becomes a catch 22 situation as the girls father falls head over heals for Rozi. Moin Akhtar excels, both in the role of Rozi and as the struggling actor, however, our vote goes to Rozi for making as laugh like crazy.
